Nolwazi Mashabane is a young dynamic woman, who is tenacious and possesses a wealth of experience in the Corporate sector. She sees herself not as previously disadvantaged individual who should wait for assistance, but rather as an empowered woman who is able to compete in an extremely competitive market.

This tenacious entrepreneur launched her career in the employ of a Cape Town based Marketing and Promotions Company, Moving Tactics. She was a Supervisor for the KZN Province. She later collected a wealth of experience working in corporate sectors, within the Sales and Marketing departments of various big corporate such as McCarthy VW, NMI-DSM and Edcon to name a few.

Nolwazi is currently a 50% Shareholder in the holding company Ardour Professional Domestic Personnel and a 100% shareholder of Lethulwazi Communications, a comprehensive Corporate Communications Company.

Her formidable achievements extend to a 20% shareholding and also serves as on Executive Director in Unyazi Petrochmicals. Unyazi Petrochemicals is a company owned by a consortium of phenomenal business and corporate women, which specialises in Storage of Oil, Diesel, Petroleum & Chemicals as well as Import and Export Diesel.

Nolwazi previously served as Vice President on KZN’s leading women’s organisation for the Province’s most successful black Professional and Business women, Beyond Women’s Network.
